How do Trip Passes work?

Trip Passes are non-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features (unlimited AI itinerary generation, voice translation, and AI-powered itinerary editing) for a set period — 7, 14, or 30 days. They do not auto-renew. To continue access after a pass expires, you simply purchase a new one.

How do I restore my purchases?

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, open the app and go to Profile → Restore Purchase. Your active Trip Pass will be restored automatically using your Apple ID.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your personal data, including saved trips, AI conversation history, and translation history. For complete deletion of all data including anonymized records, email support@wanderchina.app.

Which cities are supported?

WanderChina currently supports six cities: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, and Xi'an. We're working to add more cities in future updates.
