How do Trip Passes work?

Trip Passes are non-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features (unlimited AI itinerary generation, voice translation, and AI-powered itinerary editing) for a set period — 7, 14, or 30 days. They do not auto-renew. To continue access after a pass expires, you simply purchase a new one.

How do I restore my purchases?

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, open the app and go to Profile → Restore Purchase. Your active Trip Pass will be restored automatically using your Apple ID.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your personal data, including saved trips, AI conversation history, and translation history. For complete deletion of all data including anonymized records, email support@wanderchina.app.

Which cities are supported?

WanderChina currently supports six cities: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, and Xi'an. We're working to add more cities in future updates.

The app is slow or features aren't loading. What should I do?

WanderChina relies on real-time AI services and mapping data. If you're experiencing slowness:

Check your internet connection
If you're using a VPN, try toggling it on or off
Close and reopen the app
If the problem persists, email us with your device model and a description of the issue

Are the AI-generated itineraries accurate?

Itineraries are generated by AI and serve as helpful starting points. Venue hours, prices, and availability may change. Please verify critical details (such as opening hours or booking requirements) through official sources before relying on them.
