These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WanderChina mobile application ("Service") operated by Sen Xia, an individual developer doing business as WanderChina ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

All purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions.

4.4 Subscription Period and Auto-Renewal

Trip Pass products are non-renewing subscriptions. They expire automatically at the end of the purchased period and do not auto-renew. You must purchase a new pass to continue accessing premium features.

4.5 Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not provide refunds, except where required by law or Apple's refund policies. To request a refund through Apple, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

4.6 Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the app or use it on a different device with the same Apple ID, you can restore your active Trip Pass via Profile → Restore Purchase.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial travel planning purposes.

9.2 Travel and Safety

The Service is a planning tool, not a travel agent or safety service. We are not responsible for travel conditions, safety incidents, visa issues, closures, or quality of recommended businesses. You travel at your own risk.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is less.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

11.2 Jurisdiction

For users in Mainland China: Disputes shall be resolved by the People's Court of Guangzhou, Guangdong Province.

For users outside Mainland China: Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), with arbitration conducted in English in Guangzhou, China.

You waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitration against us.

11.3 Apple App Store Provisions

If you accessed the Service via the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or any claims relating to it. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Service. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you.

12. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. We are not liable for failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
